Launch Abort Test

Project Vayuspace successfully conducted a Launch Abort Test (LAT) to validate the spacecraft’s emergency escape and recovery systems. The vehicle reached approximately 10.7 km altitude and 426 m/s velocity before initiating the abort sequence. The crew module separated cleanly from the launch vehicle and utilized RCS thrusters for attitude stabilization. The recovery system then deployed its parachutes in stages, achieving a controlled descent and a final landing velocity of approximately 2.7 m/s. No heat damage was observed, and the capsule was successfully recovered.
