Spaceflight Simulator 2 — Current Status
Spaceflight Simulator 2 is not playable yet. Only unplayable graphics and terrain tech demos have been shown, there is no public beta and no confirmed release date; on PC the game is Steam wishlist-only. Confirmed so far: a full 3D sandbox instead of SFS1's 2D gameplay, controllable astronauts, 130+ building parts and real orbital and aerodynamic physics.
