Vayuspace Relay (Communication Satellite)
Vayuspace Relay-1 (VR-1) is a dedicated communications satellite designed to provide reliable, long-duration connectivity from orbit. Featuring a compact HECS-II command and control bus, large deployable solar arrays, dedicated radiator panels, and an onboard propulsion system, VR-1 combines power, thermal management, communications, and orbital maneuverability in a single platform. With a mass of 30.67 tonnes and 2.5 tonnes of thrust, the spacecraft is designed for stable orbital operations and extended service life. Its modular architecture allows future upgrades and mission-specific communications equipment.
