Project Vayuspace Crewed Launch System

Project Vayuspace’s crewed launch system is a Gaganyaan-inspired spacecraft integrated with an LVM3-class heavy-lift architecture. The stack combines a crew module, service module, launch escape system, upper stage, core stage, and solid strap-on boosters into a fully integrated crewed vehicle. The design emphasizes realistic structural proportions, aerodynamic stability, propulsion integration, staging, mass distribution, and independent spacecraft operations. The launch escape system has been successfully tested through an abort sequence involving powered separation, RCS-assisted attitude control, LAS jettison, parachute deployment, and controlled ocean splashdown. The simulation demonstrates a complete mission architecture from liftoff and abort contingencies to crew-module recovery.
