Neptune III
The Neptune III is a rocket similar in size to the Neptune 2 but has much more capability able to go to ceres and back, use the first 2 stages to reach orbit then the third stage utilizing stacked ion engines can get you to ceres, land you on it (landing must be done very carefully), and returning due to earth due to the sheer efficiency of ion engines
